Schoeneman’s Building Materials Center is seeking a Lumber Yard Helper, to join our team in Harrisburg, SD!
This position will include helping customers select and load material, build loads for delivery, unloading incoming freight, help keep warehouses and all areas of the lumberyard neat, clean, and organized. The average hours per week for this position is 45 hours. The typical work schedule is Monday-Friday 7 AM to 5 PM.

Schoeneman’s Building Materials Center is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (OSR), to join our team in Harrisburg, SD!
Schoeneman Bros. Co. is a 135 year old employee-owned building materials supply company based in Sioux Falls. With company expansion, we now have four lumberyards located in: Sioux Falls, SD; Harrisburg, SD; Spencer, IA and Hawarden, IA. Majority of our customers you will work with are single family, multi-family, and commercial Contractors.
As an OSR, you will have the opportunity to grow within our company by creating and building new and lasting relationships with all customers. This role also includes preparing quotes from customer blueprints as well as providing expert feedback on unique projects.
With the commission structure, there is a high earnings potential for successful candidates. We offer competitive compensation including a substantial base salary, plus commissions. Our benefits package offers: Paid time off, 401K with company match as well as 100% paid Employee medical health Insurance.
Previous construction, building material industry, or related experience is strongly preferred. Store hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Candidate will collaborate with clients using design software to draw up plans for kitchen and bath. This position will be responsible for ensuring cabinet specifications work with the potential layouts. This individual needs to have great attention to detail and manage multiple projects simultaneously from design, to inception, to delivery in a timely manner. Individual will be responsible to revise drawings and work with clients until the approval process is completed. This person also needs excellent customer services skills as they will support retail operations of the store. This individual must have basic cabinet knowledge and ability to learn our manufacturer’s current product offering.
